It is packed with vitamins and goodness and, really quite filling because of the chia seeds which give a great fibre boost. For a paleo/reboot-friendly option replace the juice with water. The vitamin C in the naartjie/satsuma helps your body unlock all the iron goodness in the baby spinach.
Ingredients (Serves 1):
1 Handful of baby spinach
1 small naartjie/satsuma
3 teaspoons of chia seeds
Place all ingredients in a blender and give it a whizz for 1 minute.
