Blueberry and banana smoothie

Don’t have time to whip up a breakfast and need something healthy and filling? This smoothie is the one. The hemp seed powder gives it a great protein boost and the baobab powder fortifies it to the max with iron, fibre and vitamins.

Ingredients: (Serves 1)

1 banana

20 blueberries

1/4 cup of coconut cream

1/4 cup of water

2 tablespoons organic hemp seed powder

2 tablespoons organic baobab powder

Method:

Throw all the ingredients in a blender and whizzzz!
