15 Minute Spicy Hake and Avo Salad

What an easy dish packed with flavour, and the best thing is that it takes 15 minutes to put together!

Ingredients: Serves 1-2

2 Hake Medallions

Organic Cayenne Pepper

Organic Dried Thyme

Organic Dried Basil


1 Tablespoon Coconut Oil

1 Half Slice of Lemon

1 Small avocado

two handfuls of cherry tomatoes

half a small cucumber: chopped

Method: 15 minutes for both

For the Fish: 

Coat the fish in coconut oil. Sprinkle some salt, cayenne pepper and thyme onto your fish then place in an oven dish. Bake for 15 minutes, turning once halfway through.

For the Salad: 

Cut open an avocado and remove the seed. Slice blocks into the avo then scoop out with a spoon into a bowl. Cut your cherry tomatoes into half and mix with the avocado and chopped cucumber. Sprinkle the basil and some salt to taste.

Drizzle the salad and fish with lemon juice and enjoy.
