Boerewors is a South African favourite but is often packed with gluten and nasty fillers. This wors is gluten-free AND free from MSG.
Ingredients: serves 2
200g Wors (about half a small tray)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 Table spoon honey
4 small radishes
For the Wors:
Place the wors into a sauce pan and add 50ml water, cover with lid and cook till the water disappears. Then remove the lid and fry the worse until slightly browned. Remove from heat.
For the Pumpkin:
Chop the pumpkin and then place in a pot with 100ml water. Let it cook until soft for about 15 minutes and then mash with a fork. Add cinnamon and honey and mix well.
