Ingredients (I got 4 servings out of this)

250g free range chicken livers

1 tablespoon of organic coconut oil

1 teaspoon of cayenne pepper

1 teaspoon of grated ginger

1 teaspoon of grated garlic

1 teaspoon of masala (your choice)

0.5 red bell pepper (sliced)

1 tablespoon of cream cheese with sundried tomato (add 4-5 chopped sun-dried tomatoes if you cannot find a flavoured cream cheese)

0.25 cup of spring water

1 teaspoon origanum

salt to taste

Method (15 minutes, I promise)

On a medium heat, add the coconut oil and then add the chicken livers. Fry until they they are browned but still raw. Then add your garlic, ginger, red bell pepper and masala. Stir while frying for about 2 minutes. Then add the origanum, cayenne pepper and salt. Mix well. Add the cream cheese and mix well. Then add the water – take care to only add a quarter cup of water as you want the cream cheese to reduce well and make it creamy. Simmer for 5 minutes on low heat then it is ready to be served with some fresh veggies or warm toast. That’s it! 😀
