Nachos and Guac!

Hands up if you like Nachos! This is such an easy snack to make and really tasty as well.

NACHOS:

Ingredients (Serves 2 – 4 )

3 Handfuls of Nachos Chips (Any is fine, I used Woolworths Nachos Cheese flavoured nachos chips)

50g grated cheddar cheese

50g grated mozarella cheese

1/4 chopped onion

5 Tablespoons of salsa (make your own or use the jarred one)

Layer the chips onto a baking tray lined with waxy paper to prevent from sticking, Layer them in such a way that there are no spaces and they are all closer to the middle BUT not in a heap. Place your onions evenly over the chips. Sprinkle the cheese and the salsa. Grill for about 10 minutes until the cheese is melted. Remove and cool for 5 minutes then transfer to a large plate.

now for the Guac:

GUACAMOLE:

Ingredients:

1 large avocado

1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar

1 tablespoon of olive oil (the fruitier the better)

1 pinch of salt

1 pinch of ground black pepper

Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed. Scoop out the green flesh with a spoon into a bowl. Add the vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper. Mash with a fork until finely mashed.
